m_calculate_init Subroutine

public subroutine m_calculate_init()

Initializes the workspace arrays and matrices.

Pre-allocates transposed workspace buffers (xsrc, xdst, rsrc, rdst) and performs the LU decomposition setup via ludcmp for the tridiagonal compact schemes.
