Catera with additional transport models
Calling setState_TRY() in freezeSpecies() caused one of the test problems on solaris to fail. FreezeSpecies is called before the phase is actually set up (i.e., the size of the species is read from the input file). For constant density phases, then, this was causing a problem (divide by zero). setState() must be called after the phase is set up from the XML input file. |
