These changes make it unnecessary to copy header files around during the build process, which tends to confuse IDEs and debuggers. The headers which comprise Cantera's external C++ interface are now in the 'include' directory. All of the samples and demos are now in the 'samples' subdirectory.

Dusty Gas transport model.
The Dusty Gas model is a mulicomponent transport model for gas
transport through the pores of a stationary porous medium. This
example shows how to create a transport manager that implements the
Dusty Gas model and use it to compute the multicomponent diffusion
coefficients.
