The reportCSV method is responsible for formatting and writing the data provided
by the getCsvReportData method. Derived classes need only override the latter
method to customize their reports.
Also, the data which was not in a CSV format has been removed from the output so
the name of the method is no longer misleading.
CanteraError inerits from std:exception, so now it has a what() method
that is used to print a message describing the exception. Adding an
exception to the Cantera error stack now requires explicitly calling
the .save() method.
These changes make it unnecessary to copy header files around during
the build process, which tends to confuse IDEs and debuggers. The
headers which comprise Cantera's external C++ interface are now in
the 'include' directory.
All of the samples and demos are now in the 'samples' subdirectory.
