75db210a43 Merge branch 'pecos_autotools' into 'trunk' 
This merge skips some of the source tree rearrangement from the
autotools branch, so the autotools build system is not presently
working.

2560431f07 Added a printTime option to writeStats() to turn off time printing

b9c9f81761 Made the BandMatrix class and SquareMatrix inherit from a common 
parent so that they can be used interchangeably in other software.

ff7e66e5a3 This update adds in a Multicomponent Real Gas capability to Cantera. 
The Object is called RedlichKwongMFTP, and it implements a multicomponent real gas approximation.
Most of the functionality has been verified against sample problems involving the CO2-H2O system.

fabfb44b4e Switched a call in MultiPhase to be public. 
switched velocityBasis to a typedef. It seemed the better solution. Note the concept is still basically undeveloped.

2b56d54a09 Added some sample scripts for compiling under cygwin. 
The most important is the numpy script, as numpy now comes bundled with cygwin.
