Ray Speth	0a3332aa43	[Thermo] Add simpler constructors for SpeciesThermoInterpType objects These objects do not need to know the index of the species within the phase, so the new constructors do not take that as an argument. Ray Speth	2528df0f75	Reorganized source tree structure These changes make it unnecessary to copy header files around during the build process, which tends to confuse IDEs and debuggers.
