2528df0f75 Reorganized source tree structure 
These changes make it unnecessary to copy header files around during
the build process, which tends to confuse IDEs and debuggers. The
headers which comprise Cantera's external C++ interface are now in
the 'include' directory.

All of the samples and demos are now in the 'samples' subdirectory.

13f151a358 Modification to the structure of solve_TP() 
Took the special case of SS species deletion in RxnStep and moved
it into the main routine. It now counts as an interation step.
I'm trying to simplify the structure of the program.

1bdee90289 Fixed an error that occured when components of multispecies 
phases were  zeroed because other phases were being zeroed.
Then the noncomponents of that same multispecies phase could 
comprise the entire phase and the Hessian diagonal would then be
zero. The fix to zero the species seems to work.

1e68f099d5 Changed the vector m_rxnStatus[] into the vectur m_speciesStatus[]. 
This is the same information, but now its over kspec instead
of irxn. This clarifies the code, and allows for the specification
of the status of component species. For example, component
species can now be specified to have VCS_SPECIES_ZEROEDMS.

bcdec010ed Replaced misc. debug #ifdefs with the single #ifdef block DEBUG_MODE. 
This block is turned on/off by the configure options in the autoconf
setup process.
