Ray Speth	6ddb55e020	[1D] Fixed a case where the Newton solver could get stuck ... Sometimes, while trying to solve the steady-state problem, the Newton solver would get stuck in a loop where it couldn't find a suitable damping ratio even after re-revaluating the Jacobian, causing it to get stuck in an loop where it would keep re-evaluating the Jacobian at the same point (i.e. without having made a successful damped step). This change detects this condition and stops the Newton solver so that the 1D solver can advance the solution by timestepping before trying to solve the steady-state problem again.	2012-12-06 17:31:39 +00:00

Ray Speth	2528df0f75	Reorganized source tree structure ... These changes make it unnecessary to copy header files around during the build process, which tends to confuse IDEs and debuggers. The headers which comprise Cantera's external C++ interface are now in the 'include' directory. All of the samples and demos are now in the 'samples' subdirectory.	2012-02-12 02:27:14 +00:00
