2560431f07 Added a printTime option to writeStats() to turn off time printing 
in output files.

Started moving blocks around in configure.in, and fixed an error
that corrupted FLIBS.

ff7e66e5a3 This update adds in a Multicomponent Real Gas capability to Cantera. 
The Object is called RedlichKwongMFTP, and it implements a multicomponent real gas approximation.
Most of the functionality has been verified against sample problems involving the CO2-H2O system.

263aeb6b35 Added a new way to specify the kinetics reaction rate coefficient 
when dealing with electron transfer surface reactions.
This way specifies an exchange current density reaction rate coefficient
in units of amps / m2.  This is slightly more informative for 
electrode reactions. 

The new also preserves the correct treatment of activity coefficients
for these reactions. 

A memo describing this new capability is in the works.

dbf8f0cfa5 The new cygwin version 1.7.1 caused install commands to fail. Apparently, there is a problem 
with the native install command. I changed it to config/install-sh.

55bd4a766a Sundials 2.4 compatibility. 
Added compatibility for sundials 2.4 along the 1.8.0 branch. I'll
add it to the main trunk as well shortly. This hasn't been fully tested
except for the cxx_examples problem.

5009a3817f Added a viscosity model into WaterTransport.cpp for pure water 
Added a test problem for the viscosity model.
Updated WaterSSTP object to support the use of WaterTransport 
with the object.

060c73d5ad Fixed an error in the mac build. Mac was special cased out of compiling lapack and blas. 
Took that out.

Added more ignore files.

2ba2271125 Turned on the setting of FTN_TRAILING_UNDERSCORE, LAPACK_FTN_STRING_LEN_AT_END, 
LAPACK_NAME_LOWERCASE, and LAPACK_FTN_TRAILING_UNDERSCORE in the
config.h.in file. Previously they defaulted to being "defined". Now
they are user-configurable, with the default being that they are
"defined".

b322a0be28 Added calculation of two new variables 
INSTALL_LIBS_DEP
and
RAW_LIBS_DEP
These are lists of dependencies. The INSTALL_LIBS_DEP contains
the dependency list for LOCAL_LIBS based on the installation
directory.
The RAW_LIBS_DEP contains a list of libraries without the
any absolute path name. See the Chemequil_red1 Makefile.in for
an example of their usage

added libctf2c to the LCXX_END_LIBS variable when it is needed. f2c is more
  of a system level variable.
  Changed the default PIC setting to empty for cygwin environments.
