Henry Weller f2331a8587 dynamicCode: Renamed 'redirectType' to 'name' to clarify the purpose
of the entry which is to provide the name of the generated class.

'redirectType' is supported for backward-compatibility.

Description
Constructs on-the-fly a new boundary condition (derived from
mixedFvPatchField) which is then used to evaluate.
